        • Respect intellectual property rights (no submission of infringing content).

      4. Payment Terms

          • Fees for services will be specified in invoices or project agreements.

          • Payment is due upfront or as per agreed milestones (e.g., 50% deposit, 50% on completion).

          • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

        5. Intellectual Property

            • Final designs become your property only after full payment is received.

            • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing or verbally instructed by client.

            • Unpaid projects remain our intellectual property.

          6. Revisions and Approval

              • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

              • Final approval of designs releases us from further liability for changes.

            7. Cancellation and Refunds

                • Clients may cancel projects in writing only. Deposits are non-refundable if work has commenced.

                • Refunds for completed work are not provided unless explicitly stated in your agreement.

              8. Privacy and Data Use

                  • Your personal and project-related data will be handled per our privacy policy

                  • We do not share client information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

                9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

                    • Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

                    • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from your use of our designs.
